3 oz Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth (or Martini & Rossi Rosso)
2 oz Campari
3 oz Prosecco
1 oz club soda
Fresh Blood Orange Slice
Large ice cubes
Directions
- Fill the Glass
Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.
"And remember, doll... ice melts. Standards shouldn't." - Pour
Add the Rosso vermouth, Campari, Prosecco, and finish with a splash of club soda.
Give it one gentle stir.
"Stir the cocktail. Not the drama." - Taste
Take a sip.
If you love it, congratulations, you have impeccable taste.
"If you're anything like me and prefer a little extra bite, add another splash of Campari.
Being this bitter doesn't happen on its own. I'm not judging. I'm documenting." - Garnish
Add a fresh blood orange slice.
For a little extra drama, express an orange peel over the glass before dropping it in.
